Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, but the rooms are in need of refurbishment. The size was very small, feeling like being in a train cabin, with the inconvenience of beds pushed together. The service, though not the warmest, was efficient and friendly. The location is extremely perfect for outdoor activities, including hiking and skiing. The dining experience was average, with limited options and overpriced items. The facilities overall were decent.
I had a nice time at the hotel with a great view, although for the price of $500+ per night, it's more about the fantastic location with a mountain view. The rooms were very good overall, but quite standard without any wow factor.
The hotel offers stunning views up the slopes to Eagles Nest but the rooms urgently need refurbishment and lack a working heater. Despite being for three, it felt crowded with only two guests. The service was exceptional with honest and friendly staff. The location is perfect for families being close to everything. The dining experience was decent but could use improvement.
The hotel is in a fantastic location right across the road from the lift terminal, making it super convenient for ski enthusiasts. The rooms, although showing their age and needing renovation, were surprisingly better than expected and provided a decent level of cleanliness. The friendly and well-trained staff made our stay very pleasant, ensuring we were looked after well throughout. The dining experience, while not included, offered a good variety of hot and cold items, with the only downside being that some used items were not replaced promptly.
